HOW CAN I HELP WITH INJURY PREVENTION AND POST REHABILITATION?
I have been "privileged" to have experienced and overcome multiple injuries over the years. Some have been as a result of overuse or muscle weakness, others have been just plain old bad luck. However, with each injury, I have come back stronger and more resilient and have been able to develop core strengthening techniques to help minimize the chance of injury.
